Lunch was some sauteed broccoli and some smoked grassfed brisket. Super tasty. Not too much else to report, really. It was a good meal, and kept me full for a good long while.
One interesting thing is that I didn’t end up eating until probably 3:00PM. I just wasn’t really all that hungry. I think the big breakfast that was high in protein and fat was a key factor in that. I’ve been noticing that it takes me longer to get hungry and when I do, it’s less intense than it used to be. That’s kind of nice. I’m still learning how much to eat to get to full and not past it, and I’ve noticed that I’m snacking less than I was at first, too.
